If you choose to register or log in using Google or Apple, we will receive limited information from these providers, such as:

  • A unique identifier from the provider
This data is used only for authentication, account creation, and personalization. Speakly does not receive or store your password from Google or Apple.

  • Maintain business and financial records as required by law

  • Advertising event data shared with Meta and Google for attribution is retained by those providers for up to 90 days, after which it is aggregated or deleted.

Personal data is stored on servers located in the EU/EEA. We use technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. You can help by using strong passwords and logging out of shared devices.

( 2 ) Collection of Information by Third Parties
Speakly does not process payment data directly. Payments are handled by Stripe, PayPal, or Maksekeskus AS. Speakly may pass your name and e-mail to these processors as necessary. Authorized service providers include:
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Firebase (Google)
  • Sentry
  • Elastic
  • HelpCrunch (customer support)
  • DeployGate (app distribution)
  • Direct marketing service providers
These processors act under Speakly’s instructions and may not use your data for other purposes. Some providers (e.g., Google, Meta) may process data outside the EU. In such cases, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to safeguard your rights.

Speakly does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share it only when:

  • Browser/device information (IP address, user agent)
  • Cookie identifiers (fbp, fbc, Google click IDs)
